Our office has had experience with many kinds of divorce cases.  We have defended the interests of both women and men. When
non-Japanese face divorce under the Japanese law system, they
frequently feel anxious about the proceedings. We work hard to
relieve that anxiety. We lower the barriers imposed by language
and a different legal system. In doing so we seek to be your
navigator through the rough waters of a dispute.

For those couples with a child/children, we prioritize the
protection of the welfare of the child/children. We keep our focus on child welfare before, during and after the divorce proceedings. While the child financial support is of course important, we also make every effort to
create an environment where children can receive the affection and caring of both parents. 

We provide legal consultations to general companies. We have experience with both international companies doing business in Japan and Japanese companies doing business overseas.

We aim to resolve legal issues such as contract conclusion, pre-legal checks, preparation of minutes for general shareholders' meetings, debt collection, claims for damages, and labor issues.

Prenuptual agreements (prenups) are seen as an effective means of avoiding future disputes and protecting family assets. Our lead attorney has been helping couples craft prenups for many years
-- for couples where both of the partners are Japanese, for mixed
Japanese/non-Japanese couples and for couples where neither
partner is Japanese. Our office can produce prenups in both
Japanese language and English language versions.

As for medical malpractice, our lead attorney has a long history of success in fighting for the rights of patients. We work to secure the best possible treatment outcomes and the protection of a patients' rights. 
What is most important is the confirmation of the legal and
medical bases of the claim. This requires specialized knowledge
of not just the medical background of the case but also the
practices of the Medical Malpractice Division of the courts.
