Procedure for a legal consultation

Method for applying for a legal consulation and the explanation of fees is below.

For persons living outside of the Tokyo metropolitan area or who are outside Japan, consultations
via telephone or Skype are possible.
Payment of fees in the case of telephone or Skype consultations must be in advance.

We will provide legal consultations up to three times.

    Application for a consultation will be complete upon our office's receipt of a message confirming the acceptance of the consultation date and time.

    For an effective consulation, please prepare in advance a brief explanation of the problem.
    Please also try to have the most important case documents at hand.
Legal consultation fee

Our office's legal consultation fees are as below.

For the individual
5000 yen + consumption tax
for every thirty (30) minutes
 		 10,000 yen + consumption tax
for every thirty (30) minutes
For corporations 
or organizations
 		 10,000 yen + consumption tax
for every thirty (30) minutes		 20,000 yen + consumption tax
for every thirty (30) minutes
